This Pair Antique Old Paris (Vieux Paris) gilted urns, dating back to 1820, feature exquisite handpainted scenes depicting a courting couple and satyr face handles on square pedestal bases. Though the condition shows signs of usage with some loss of gilding, the painted scenes remain largely intact without any chips or cracks. These striking urns come from a private collection of a museum curator and measure 10 3/4" high, 7 1/2" high at the lip, with a base of 4 1/4" square.
