A delightful Meissen porcelain vase in the shape of a neoclassical urn, constructed in two parts. The upper body features a wide flared rim and concave curved neck leading down to an ovoid body flanked by dramatically scrolled twin handles. The body is nicely detailed with gilt bands and a central floral spray in vibrant purple, orange, and blue. Below, the vase finishes with a pedestal foot on a square base. Marked underfoot.
Condition
There are stains on the foot and the base and inside the rim.
